By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Products & Personalisation
All our items are handmade/ personalised to order.
Please check all spelling, dates and details thoroughly before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.
Colours, sizes and materials may vary slightly form images shown due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the products.
Orders & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received or if there is an issue with stock or materials.
Price are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard dispatch times are 1-2 weeks, though this may vary during busy periods (eg. Christmas, Mothers day and other occasions throughout the year) I will always post any changes to dispatch times on our social media pages.
Dispatch times are estimates only and delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control.
Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly, we are not liable for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
When ordering, always ensure you leave plenty of time before the event/ occasion you are wanting the gift for. We are not responsible for delayed gift giving. If you do need a gift by a certain date, then please contact us directly and I will try my best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Personalised items: As these are custom made, we cannot accept returns. Unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.
None personalised items: You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt in line with consumer rights. Items need to be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the item is return and inspected.
If you do require a return/ refund please contact us directly and as soon as possible alongside any photos.
Faulty or damage items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Cancelations
Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos and content on this site belongs to Howe Designs. They may not be copied, reproduced or resold without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.
We are not responsible for delays due to postal services, courier issues or events beyond our control.
