Refund Policy

At Howe Designs, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing. 

Personalised items

Because personalised products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds unless your item is faulty or an error was made by us.

Please double check all names, dates and spelling when placing your order. We cannot refund or replace items with errors provided by the customer.

Non-personalised items

Refunds are available on non-personalised items returned with 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage cost unless item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue.

Refund process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to appear in you account after we process it.

How to request a refund

To request a refund please contact us directly either via email or on our social media pages. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
