At Howe Designs, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy fr more details.
Processing times
All orders are handmade/ personalised to order.
Standard processing time is 1-2 weeks, but this time may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers day and other seasonal peaks.
If you do need your order urgently, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accomadate.
Processing times and delivery times are subject to change, but all updates regarding this will be on our social media pages.
Delivery method & costs
We currently deliver to UK only.
Orders are mostly sent via royal mail. We may use other courier services depending on size/ weight of your order.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout on your choosing shipping method.
Estimated delivery times
Standard UK delivery: 2-3 working days (after dispatch)
Express delivery: 1-2 days (after disptach)
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to postal delays which are out of our control.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays are losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal mail, couriers, strikes, bad weather or other events outside of our control.
If your order is delayed, please allow extra time before contacting us, we will try our very best to help track your parcel.
Lost or missing parcels
If your parcel does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch please contact us.
We will investigate and try to help locate the parcel.
Replacements or refunds for lost parcels will be handled on a case-by-case basis once the courier confirms the status of the parcel.
